• Chairman, Secretary, Training Officer and Treasurer are elected at the AGM (Club Officers)
• Ordinary Committee Members are elected / co-opted at the AGM
• The remaining positions are voted on by the committee

• Coaches need not necessarily be committee members but do need to hold the relevant Lifesaving/Lifeguard Qualifications

• Coaching Assistants are members training as coaches

• No one person can hold two officers roles or the two child protection roles. Apart from these restrictions more than one
person can hold more than one role – depending upon their workload.
The purpose of this slide is to show how we are organised so that if anyone wants information/help they can approach the correct person.
